Is VitalMind™ Serenity non-GMO, gluten-free and free of artificial colors and flavors? Yes, it is non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from artificial colors, and flavors.
Does VitalMind™ Serenity contain any common allergens? VitalMind Serenity contains no major food allergens as defined under the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA). This includes milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame. We also formulate the product to be non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from artificial colors and flavors. It is produced in a GMP-certified facility: however, we recommend that individuals with severe allergies consult their healthcare provider or review the full ingredient list before use.
Does it contain any stimulants (caffeine, etc.)? No, VitalMind Serenity is stimulant-free and designed to support calm without drowsiness or jitters.

To ensure it's safe for you, always consult your healthcare provider before taking VitalMind Serenity alongside any prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, other supplements, or if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding? We do not recommend VitalMind Serenity during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to limited safety data in these groups. Consult your healthcare provider.
Is it safe for children? VitalMind Serenity is formulated and dosed for adult use to support daily calm and well-being in adults. It contains ingredients like 5-HTP, ashwagandha, and saffron, which have limited research in children and are not generally recommended for pediatric use at these levels without medical supervision. Children's needs and tolerances differ significantly from adults. We do not recommend VitalMind Serenity for children or adolescents. Always consult a pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider before giving any supplement to a child, especially one with herbal or high-dose nutrient components. They can assess safety, appropriate dosing (if any), and potential interactions based on your child's age, health, and needs.

Orders, Shipping & Returns
Where is VitalMind™ Serenity manufactured? In a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility in the United States, with third-party testing for purity and potency.
How long does shipping take? Any orders placed before 12 pm go out the same day, after 12 pm it will be shipped the following day. Shipping can be 3 - 8 business days, depending on your location. We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.
What is your return policy? We stand behind VitalMind and want you to feel confident trying it for calm and daily support.
For first-time purchases: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at info@neurovital.org within 30 days of receipt to request a refund.
Unopened containers: Full refund (product price only; original shipping non-refundable).
Opened containers: Refund 50% of the product price as we cannot resell opened powders for safety reasons. There is no need to return the product, please just provide a photo of the container and remaining powder if requested. Limit one guarantee per customer/household.
Standard returns (non-first-time purchases): Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping). Opened products are generally non-returnable/non-refundable except in cases of defect, damage, or error on our part.
How to request a return/refund? Email info@neurovital.org with your order number, name, and reason. We'll guide you through the process and issue refunds to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days after approval.
Exceptions: No refunds on sale/clearance items, bundles, or if the product shows signs of misuse. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
This policy applies to direct purchases from our site. For purchases through third-party retailers, follow their return guidelines.
