Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 1, 2026 Last Updated: April 1, 2026
For California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. This includes the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to delete their data; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for targeted advertising; and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. For details on how to exercise these rights, please see the “Your Rights and Choices” section below. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you have the right to opt out of such sharing.
NeuroVital LLC (“NeuroVital”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the VitalMind™ website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products (such as VitalMind Serenity), and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.
This Privacy Policy explains how NeuroVital LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase through the Services, or otherwise communicate with us.
If there is any conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of personal information.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We limit its use to fulfilling your request and improving our Services.

Automatically from your device and interactions with the Services (via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies).

How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
-
To provide, fulfill, and improve the Services (e.g., process orders for VitalMind Serenity, ship products, manage your account, remember preferences, and offer personalized recommendations).

For security, fraud prevention, and safety.
-
To communicate with you (customer support, order updates, transactional messages).
-
For legal compliance, to respond to valid legal requests, enforce our policies, or protect our rights.
How We Disclose or Share Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:
-
Shopify and service providers (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers, email service providers, data analytics, cloud hosting, and customer support tools) who process data on our behalf.
-
Business and marketing partners for targeted advertising and analytics (this may constitute “sharing” under CCPA definitions for cross-context behavioral advertising).
-
Affiliates within our corporate group.
-
Third parties when you direct us or consent (e.g., social media integrations).
-
In business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition) or to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, certain advertising practices may be considered “sharing” under applicable privacy laws. We honor opt-out requests for such sharing.
Relationship with Shopify
Shopify hosts the Services and processes certain personal information. Shopify may also use aggregated data from multiple merchants to provide enhanced features. For details on Shopify’s practices, see their Consumer Privacy Policy. You can manage rights related to Shopify-processed data via their privacy portal.
Sensitive Personal Information
If we process sensitive personal information (e.g., inferences about health/wellness from your interactions), we limit its use and disclosure to what is necessary to provide the Services or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not use or disclose it for targeted advertising without your explicit consent where required. You have the right to limit its use (see “Your Rights and Choices” below).
Third-Party Links and Websites
The Services may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies separately.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 16 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it. As of the Effective Date, we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of minors under 16.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Retention periods vary by data type — for example, transaction and order records may be kept for several years to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
