PROBIOTIC EVIDENCE
The following probiotic strains have been studied in randomized controlled trials (RCTs),
meta-analyses, or clinical studies for improving gut barrier integrity (reducing leaky gut,
enhancing mucin production, or tightening junctions) and supporting the gut-brain axis
